Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or pork or turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400
  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
  • Take a small amount and roll it into 1- 1.5 inch meatballs
  • Place them on a sheet and put in the heated fryer
  • Flip every few minutes until done

    Much easier to use the basket. They turn themselves. 12 minutes is plenty.

        I actually tried this and it works! Just don’t use egg.
