Can you microwave an egg? Yes!!

If you have noticed the massive amounts Instant Vortex Breakfast Recipes I have posted recently, you probably noticed the eggs are already done. That is because I use microwave eggs for sandwiches a lot of times. Master these and you can make breakfast sandwiches in a minutes!

My Dad taught me how to make these when I was little. Now my kid can make egg sandwiches anytime he wants. They are super quick and AWESOME when you need a quick breakfast.

Microwave Scrambled Egg

All you need is an egg, non stick spray and a bowl in the shape you want the egg.

If your sandwich is round, use a round bowl, if you are doing a burrito, use a square bowl. These are perfect to use with things you make in your Air fryer!

Spray the bowl and then add the egg and a tablespoon of milk. Perfect time to add a little salt as well.

Microwave Scrambled Egg

Stir the egg like you would for scrambled eggs. Then microwave the egg for 30-45 seconds. How long the egg takes to cook will depend on your microwave. If you want scrambled eggs, you can stir it and put back in if it isn’t done or simply just put back in and cook another 10 seconds. Mine takes exactly 40 seconds.
