Notes
Pat wings dry with a paper towel to ensure that they reach that crispy perfection that is so adored. This will helps them crisp and allows the sauce to stick to the outer skin of the wings.
Don't crowd the wings in the air fryer. Place them in a single layer to let the air circulate.
Be sure to air fry a second time once tossed in the homemade sauce to really crisp up the wings and ensure the full flavor in every bite!
Cook wings in batches if needed. Once cooked, place all batches back into the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 400°F before serving.
Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for 4 days and in the freezer for 6 months.
