Pasta Sauce

olive oil

tablespoon
butter

small onion
finely diced

minced garlic

pasta sauce

dried oregano

to taste
Instructions
For the meatballs, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Roll into 16 meatballs.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 13-15 minutes or until the meatballs reach 165°F.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter and olive oil over medium-low heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until tender. Stir in the sauce and seasonings and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Add the meatballs and simmer 5 minutes more.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
Notes
Ground beef and pork can be replaced with all ground beef, or all ground turkey.
