Pat the beef roast dry with paper towels. Sprinkle the roast with olive oil and seasonings and rub to cover well.
Place the roast beef in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes. Check temp. If not the desired temp, put it back in for a few minutes. *See notes for temperature
Remove roast beef from the air fryer when you have reached the desired temp.
Cover with aluminum foil and leave to rest for at least ten minutes before serving.
Slice and serve.
