Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the cookies inside
In a bowl mix butter and cream cheese. Add erythritol and vanilla extract and whip up until fluffy. Add the egg and beat until incorporated. Mix in coconut flour and chocolate chips. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Scoop out around 1 tablespoon of dough and form the cookies.
Place cookies in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes.
