  • Vortex Air Fryer
  • 2 Bowls


  • 3 Uncooked Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 cups Bread Crumbs


  • Pre-heat your air fryer to 350 on AIR FRY
  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips
  • Mix milk, egg in one bowl
  • Mix bread crumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper in another
  • Dredge the chicken strips in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumb mixture
  • Arrange on pan one inch apart
  • Air fry ten minutes, flipping halfway
  • Test with thermometer. Cook until 165' - cook a few minutes more until done.

    These tasted really good. Mine needed more time so I did 15 minutes total. There was no directions on what to do with the flour but I mixed it in with the bowl of seasonings.

      There is no flour, only breadcrumbs. Yes, the time depends on how thick you cut your strips. Glad you liked them!

        The recipe says “3 tbl flour” in the ingredients list.

        My guess is it’s for coating the chicken before dipping into the egg.

        Vortex novice here. Tenders turned out great. Not dry and good crunch with Panko crumbs. I did use flour for first dredge, egg wash, bread crumbs. I am curious about nutrition counts. I didn’t see anything. I’ll make these again!
