Vortex Air Fryer Tik Tok Blueberry Cookies

This HOT recipe is designed for an oven but we figured out how to do it in a Vortex Air Fryer! Of course you can use this for any rack style air fryer.

In a small bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt – set aside.

Thaw blueberries in microwave for about 1 minute until berries are soft and jam like – let cool.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in blueberries and mix on high until fully incorporated.

Fold in dry ingredients gradually. Mix in white chocolate.

Chill dough in freezer for about 30 minutes. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees on BAKE. Shape into 12 equal size balls and place on racks – will take two racks. Put one rack in the middle and one low.

Bake 5 minutes and switch the racks. Cook another 5 minutes. Switch again and cook until done. You may need to cook one rack a little longer than the other.

Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
