This quick and easy side dish has become a family favorite. It goes well with Vortex Steak, Vortex Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, or even Vortex Frozen Chicken Legs. You can actually cook these alongside a lot of meats. Throw a steak on a rack and put some peas next to it. You can have a whole meal in minutes! Just make sure to watch the timing, these don’t take as long to cook as a steak so cook the steak for a few minutes before adding these!

NOTE – I wouldn’t cook these UNDER meat, make sure they are beside or cook them separate.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Snap Peas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390' on AIR FRY. The rack will be on the MIDDLE level while cooking.
  • Toss the peas in olive oil and the seasoning.
  • Cook for 4 minutes and toss them. Cook an additional 3 or until they have reached desired tenderness.
