Vortex Air Fryer Reuben Roll Ups
This quick snack is great for parties!
Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 rectangles. Cut cheese slices in half diagonally and place on rectangle dough.
Place and fold 2 slices of meat on top of the cheese.
Place a thin layer of sauerkraut on top of meat. Then roll up jelly-roll style, starting with the short side; pinch seam to seal.
Cut each roll into halves and place them on one of your Vortex racks. I made these on parchment in a cookie sheet to reduce the mess!
Sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning. Hence the mess I mentioned above!
Preheat your air fryer and cook these for 10 minutes. Use a cover for the last five if they start getting brown too quick!
Serve with a side of Thousand Island dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 packages of refrigerated crescent rolls
- 16 slices of Corned Beef/Pastrami/Smoked Meat
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 250 ml approx. 8oz Sauerkraut
- Everything but the bagel seasoning
- Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your Vortex air fryer to 350°. on BAKE
- Strain sauerkraut.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 rectangles.
- Cut cheese slices in half diagonally and place on rectangle dough.
- Place and fold 2 slices of meat on top of cheese.
- Place a thin layer of sauerkraut on top of meat.
- Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with the short side; pinch seam to seal.
- Cut each roll into halves and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.
- Bake until golden brown, 10 minutes. Cover if they start to brown before five minutes. I suggest doing one rack at a time and it will take two runs to do them all!
- Serve with a side of Thousand Island dressing.
