Vortex Air Fryer Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies
VALENTINES DAY RED VELVET CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES
These fantastic cookies are easy to make and absolutely delicious. The perfect treat for Valentine’s Day!
I love making cookies in the air fryer! So easy and no heating up the house!
Gather your ingredients.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa powder.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa powder. In a large bowl beat the butter and sugar for 5 minutes. (It will become white and fluffy). After, add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract and continue to whisk.
Add food coloring in this step. (Do not forget to put little by little for your desired color).
Finally, add the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips and mix them. As soon as it becomes a dough, put a stretch film top of it and put it into fridge and rest for 30 minutes.
Take it from the dough with a spoon or with your hand, roll it into a ball and place it on a baking tray.
Put the rack on the lowest level. Bake each tray for 8 minutes in the oven. Do one tray at a time.
After, take it from the oven and cool down for 10 minutes.

- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ cups butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- Red food coloring add little by little for your desired color
- 1 cup chocolate chips ( I added white and milk chocolate)
