How to make Vortex Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Grouper
Place the grouper fillets on a rack.
Brush with melted butter and lemon juice.
Bake in your air fryer for 5 minutes (possibly more depending on thickness.
Mix the Parmesan, remaining butter, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Remove the fish and check for doneness – should be flaky. If flaky, spread the cheese mixture on top of each fillet.
Return to air fryer and continue baking for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. WATCH as this will cook fast!

Ingredients
- 6 ounce grouper fillets
- lemon juice
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1 T butter softened (melt half)
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs such as oregano & thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the Vortex Air Fryer to 350 on BAKE.
- Place the grouper fillets on a rack. The rack should be on the LOWEST level.
- Brush with melted butter and lemon juice.
- Bake in your air fryer for 5 minutes (possibly more depending on thickness.
- Mix the Parmesan, remaining butter, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Remove the fish and check for doneness – should be flaky. If flaky, spread the cheese mixture on top of each fillet.
