Vortex Air Fryer Lemon Sugar Cookies
In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream butter and sugar for 4 minutes until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest and stir to combine. Stand mixers make this easy!
Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix just until combined. Needs to be stiff like dough – not runny.
Roll dough into balls and drop on trays.
Bake for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar or white sparkling sugar.

- 1 cup Butter cold cut into cubes
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon oil or zest
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 drops yellow food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350 on Bake
- Line your trays with aluminum foil or use cookie trays that fit
