Vortex Air Fryer Grouper Tacos w/Corn Salsa

Vortex Air Fryer Grouper Tacos w/Corn Salsa is a fresh and delicious dinner or lunch that cooks right in your Air Fryer.

Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 on BAKE.  Salt and pepper your grouper.  Bake the Grouper in your air fryer for 5 minutes (possibly more depending on thickness)

Mix the veggies and top with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add red pepper in as well if you want heat.

 

Flake your grouper and then build your tacos any toppings that you like. I used the corn salsa and shredded cheese on my grouper tacos.

Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Servings 6 Tacos

Equipment

Ingredients  

  • ½ pound grouper
  • ½ cup corn
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup Roma tomatoes diced
  • ¾ cup corn
  • lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F on BAKE.
  • Mix the veggies and top with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add red pepper in as well if you want heat.
  • Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes
  • Season the grouper with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the Grouper in your air fryer for 5 minutes (possibly more depending on thickness)
  • Flake the Grouper and assemble the tacos.
