Vortex Air Fryer Chicken Bacon Ranch Poppers – KETO – Low Carb

 

This is now my son’s new favorite recipe. He loves these things and he is a super picky kid. This could easily be made with ground turkey for a switch.

Equipment

  • Vortex Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup mexican cheese
  • 1/4 cup ground pork rinds
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic - minced or ground
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1/4 cup Ranch for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your Vortex Air Fryer to 400
  • Beat the egg and chop the bacon
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl
  • Use your hands to mix thoroughly
  • You should be able to make balls - like meatballs. If not add a little more pork rinds
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Test temp - should be 165'. If not cook a few minutes more until done. Don't overcook!
