Vortex Air Fryer Butternut Squash & Kielbasa Sausage

Chop your butternut squash into one-inch cubes. Coat with olive oil and salt.

Preheat air fryer to 370 on AIR FRY. Spread the butternut squash on a rack in a single layer. You should be able to lay them all flat. Cook the squash for 10 minutes.

Add the kielbasa and onion, return to the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes or until everything is crispy and done. Depends on the size of the sausage and squash. Should take about 20 minutes in total.
