Sometimes it is TOO hot to go outside…but yet you want a burger. Did you know you can cook one in an air fryer? You can and they are AWESOME!!!!

As always you can use whatever cheese you want on a burger. We used Havarti and Gouda on these because we always just use what we have!

Cook time can be from 8 – 15 minutes. Use a thermometer to gauge doneness.

What temperature should you cook a burger to in the air fryer?

Rare: 120 to 125
Medium Rare: 130 to 135
Medium Well: 150 to 155

What setting are the burgers being cooked on….bake, fry, broil??

    • vortexrecipes on January 5, 2020 at 12:59 pm

Honestly most of the settings do the same thing. For burgers I usually use Bake or AirFry though 🙂

When publishing recipes, how about adding the particular setting in addition to the time and temperature.

I am very disappointed that there is no recipe book with my air fryer and these recipes on this website does not show how to cook pork chops

I went by the settings for the lamb chops she the second diagram next to the french fries . I had to cook them a little more because my pork chops were so thick but they were so juicy and you know it is very hard to have juicy pork chops when you bake them. I did have to rotate the top ones to the bottom and vice a versa because the ones on the bottom were cooking faster . They were divine
