  • 1/2 cup apple peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fine bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • chopped fresh parsley for serving

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine apple, cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well.
  • Spread half of the apple mixture into the center of the chicken breast and roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350' on BAKE. Place the chicken in a pan add chicken broth to the pan. Just enough to cover the bottom. Cover the pan with tin foil or use our create a quick cover for a Vortex Air Fryer method.
  • Cook for 20 minutes. Check temp. Uncover and cook until the internal temp is 165'. If not done cook up to another 10 minutes. Time depends on thickness.
  • Remove and let sit for 5 minutes. Top served with chopped fresh parsley and serve!
