Season chicken with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine apple, cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well.
Spread half of the apple mixture into the center of the chicken breast and roll-up. Secure with toothpicks.
Preheat your air fryer to 350′ on BAKE. Place the chicken in a pan add chicken broth to the pan. Just enough to cover the bottom. Cover the pan with tin foil or use our create a quick cover for a Vortex Air Fryer method.
Cook for 20 and then uncover. Cook further until the internal temp is 165′.
Top served with chopped fresh parsley.

- 2 chicken breasts flattened to 1/4"
- 1/2 cup apple peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon fine bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- chopped fresh parsley for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350' on BAKE. Put the rack on the LOWEST level.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine apple, cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well.
- Spread half of the apple mixture into the center of the chicken breast and roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
- Place the chicken in a pan add chicken broth to the pan. Just enough to cover the bottom. Cover the pan with tin foil or use our create a quick cover for a Vortex Air Fryer method.
- Cook for 20 minutes. Check temp. Uncover and cook until the internal temp is 165'. If not done cook up to another 10 minutes. Time depends on thickness.
- Remove and let sit for 5 minutes. Top served with chopped fresh parsley and serve!
