How to Make Air Fryer Banana Muffins

Using the air fryer, you can bake muffins so quickly!

  1. Whisk the dry ingredients together (as per the recipe below).
  2. Cream the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Scoop muffin batter into the silicone cups and air fry muffins until a toothpick comes out clean.

Tips for Keeping Muffins Moist

  • Get set up with the perfect accessories like silicone molds for the muffin liners for easy air frying and time-saving cleanup.
  • Avoid overmixing the batter to keep in pockets of air. Overmixing will make the banana muffins dense and chewy.
  • Be sure not to overcook air fryer banana muffins as this will make them dry and crumbly. It’s okay to check them every few minutes to make sure they aren’t overbaking.

    1. We like using the silicone cup with a rack-style air fryer but you can use a muffin tin as well if you have one that fits your air fryer.

  1. On the ingredients list it says butter melted, but on the instructions it says, let the butter sit out til soft. So which one is it, should it be melted or soft.
