Instant Vortex Air Fryer Potatoes Au Gratin

Slice the potatoes 1/4 – 1/3 inch thick. Mix all of the other ingredients in a bowl. Spray your Pyrex pan with nonstick spray. Pour a small amount of the cheese mixture into the bottom of your pan. Enough to coat. Place a layer of potatoes. Pour some cheese over the potatoes. Repeat until you have used them all. Make sure the cheese layer is the last.
Cook 10 minutes. Remove and stick a fork into a potato, if it goes in easy top with the remaining cheese and cook for another 2 minutes. If it isn’t quite done, cook for another 3 minutes before doing the final topping cook.

- 1 tsp powdered onion
